Clean

Clean Movement Course Intro: The Olympic lifts including the clean have gained massive popularity over the last few years. Movements that previously were only used by athletes competing in olympic weightlifting are now staples in the program for teamsport and power athletes, CrossFit and Functional Fitness athletes, but also for recreational lifters looking to improve explosive strength and power.  In this course you´ll get access to everything we have learnt from teaching the clean for more than 15 years. We will work through all technical aspects of the lifts, and we´ll also look at some of the most common flaws and how to correct them. This material will provide you with everything you need to coach your athletes in a safe and effective way.
