Terms of Purchase – Online Courses

These terms apply to all purchases of online courses and digital educational products made through ultimatetrainer.io, owned and operated by Akademiet for personlig trening AS (“AFPT”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a course or package, you agree to the following terms.

1. Course Access

When you purchase a course, mini course, or the full Ultimate Trainer package, you receive:

• Immediate access to all course materials after successful payment
• Lifetime access to all purchased content
• Access to videos, reading materials, downloadable resources, assessments, and future updates included in your course

All content is provided online through your personal dashboard.

2. Types of Products

Full Courses

Comprehensive multi-module courses covering major topics such as functional training, anatomy, program design, nutrition, movement assessment, and more.

Mini Courses

Shorter, focused courses on specific topics. They can be purchased individually or may be included inside full courses.

Ultimate Trainer Package

A discounted bundle granting access to all current and future Ultimate Trainer courses included in the package.

3. Mini Courses & Full Courses

• If you purchase a mini course and later buy the full course that includes it, your progress and access carry over automatically.
• If you purchase a full course, you automatically gain access to all included mini courses at no extra cost.
• Mini courses purchased individually remain accessible even if you do not own the parent course.

4. Payment & Installments

We accept all major credit cards, and all payments are processed securely.

Installment Plans

You may choose 2, 3, or 4 monthly installments (if available in your region):

• The first payment is charged immediately at checkout
• Remaining payments are automatically billed monthly
• Installment fees are added and clearly shown before purchase
• You receive full access after the first installment is successfully charged

Failed Payments

If an installment payment fails:

• We will notify you and attempt the charge again
• You may update your payment method
• Repeated failed payments may result in temporary suspension of course access

Early Payoff

You may pay off remaining installments early by contacting support.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Because digital courses provide instant access, we do not offer refunds for:

• Full courses
• Mini courses
• Course packages
• Installment plans after the first payment is completed

If you experience technical issues accessing your courses, we will assist you, but this does not qualify for a refund.

6. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content.

You may:

• View course materials online
• Download permitted resources for personal study
• Use the knowledge gained for personal or professional purposes

You may not:

• Share, copy, or distribute course materials
• Allow others to access your account
• Upload content to external websites or platforms
• Resell or commercially distribute any part of the content

All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

Sharing or selling access to your account is strictly prohibited.

8. Program Completion & Certification

Some courses or packages may include certification. To earn a certificate, you may be required to complete all modules, quizzes, and assessments. Certificates are issued through your dashboard and may require meeting specific criteria.

9. Course Structure & Learning Tools

Courses may include:

• Reading materials
• Practical exercises
• Quizzes and assessments
• Downloadable PDFs and resources

Your progress is tracked automatically. You may restart a course at any time.

10. Access & Availability

We aim to provide continuous access, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or updates. We will restore access as quickly as possible.

11. Prerequisites

No prerequisites are required unless specifically stated in the course description. Courses are designed for all levels.
